The tax office is located at the rear of the MUA building next to the Municipal building.
Property taxes are due quarterly:
February 1
May 1
August 1
November 1
A ten day grace period is llowed for each quarter. If the tenth day falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period is extended to the next business day.
When paying property taxes and you wish a receipt, the ENTIRE tax bill must accompany your payment. If paying by mail, enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you do not require a receipt please supply the tax coupon along with the payment.
